Puzzle Me That!

Puzzle Me This!

Fun Times in Room 3

Hello again. Welcome back to day 2. It was a busy one. Today we took a look at a quote by Rusty May from schooltools.tv. He says, "When you are born you are given a puzzle box. Inside, there are all different types of pieces. Some, the edges, are easy to define and discover and rarely change throughout life. Others, the middle pieces, take more time and energy to discover and tend to change over time. There are always some blank pieces waiting to be drawn or written, and your puzzle is never completed until you die." We then read a story called Whoever You Are. We started thinking about things that make up a person's puzzle, edges and middles. We then looked out our outsides and created a mirror image drawing of who we are today. That is what you are seeing on the slideshows. If you do not see your child, it is because I have yet to receive their permission slip back. Please ask them for the information.

Student homework tonight is to find 5 objects that represent their lives to share tomorrow. They each have a white bag, that may or may not be decorated by them, to store these items. Items must fit in the bags. We will share tomorrow.

Great day and see you tomorrow!
